Our Professional Team
Rakesh, an ex-military service member, resides in West Midland with his family. He is a remarkable mountaineer, the Director of the UK Sansar Estate Agency, and the youngest serving Gurkha to conquer Mount Everest in 2017.
After surviving the 2015 earthquake, he founded the UK Sansar Estate Agency with his team to empower families to own and provide hassle-free management services. Rakesh is a firm believer in investing in personal education.
Inspired by the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," he realised the importance of financial education. He started educating himself from property tycoons like Kevins Green, mentored by Samuel Leeds, and is now learning from Property Developer Steve Hamilton.
He believes that learning never stops and has a vision of getting into property development. He practices what he preaches and enjoys helping people, firmly believing in the principle that what you give will return back in 10 X folds. If you want to change the world, you need to start within, and the sky is the limit.
Prabin is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with a diverse background spanning several industries. As a former member of the armed forces, Prabin developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and strategic planning. These skills were further honed through a BSc in Software Engineering, which provided a solid technical grounding and an analytical mindset.
Transitioning from military service to civilian life, Prabin pursued a Level 3 qualification in Managing Property and Residential Lettings. This education, combined with a wide range of knowledge in the property industry, has enabled Prabin to excel in various aspects of property management.
An entrepreneur at heart, Prabin has achieved significant success in the residential construction business, demonstrating an exceptional ability to identify opportunities, manage projects, and deliver high-quality results. With years of experience in managing Air B&B properties, Prabin has a proven track record in the hospitality sector, consistently ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Bal is a former military service member who resides in Telford with his family. Known for his trustworthiness and honesty, Bal consistently goes above and beyond in all his endeavours.
As an entrepreneur, he has successfully ventured into the restaurant industry and property investments. His disciplined background and keen business acumen, to excel in his field he works as a letting agent and runs service accommodation himself. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and capturing the beauty of the world through photography.
Santosh Rai is a former member of the Gurkha Contingent of the Singapore Police Force, where he honed his skills in discipline and resilience. Following his service, he became a Registered Gas Safe engineer in the UK, demonstrating his technical proficiency and commitment to safety standards.
Santosh has made a significant impact in the residential construction industry, leading and executing numerous successful projects. His expertise and leadership have established him as a respected authority in building and construction.
In addition to his construction career, Santosh is actively involved in property investment in Nepal and the UK, showcasing his strategic insight and investment acumen. He currently serves as the Director of UK Sansar Company, guiding the company's growth and success.
